About CC/NHCF
Career Council, Inc. (CC) was founded in 1991 to help under-represented students in their college selection process. National Hispanic Fairs, Inc. (NHCF) was organized in 1998 to meet the specific needs of the fastest growing minority population in America, the Hispanic/ Latino, in obtaining access to higher education and vocational training programs.
Our college fairs bring representatives from a broad range of colleges/ universities and vocational training institutions to your students, providing them a unique opportunity to become aware of their many options and to compare the offerings of participating institutions. Also available at the fairs is information about scholarships and grants which may be available to them. We have partnered with the Hispanic Scholarship Fund to help us achieve our goals of helping minority students gain the widest access to the resources available to them.
Our staff and development team are comprised of retired education professionals with careers spent in the HS environment; we understand your needs and strive to make our fairs as informative and efficient as possible. We provide a security staff of active duty and retired NYPD and FDNY security personnel at all of our fairs and serve a delicious hot buffet breakfast for all school personnel attending our fairs.
